Re:Shiku's Stalker

I was just reading shiku's blog and you know, the same thing happened to me. I met this Kenyan guy on the train. He looked so sad (a ploy to catch his prey). He came up to me, started talking to me. Told me he had just come to Perth, that he missed Kenya so much and that he didn't have any friends. I really sympathised with him, coz i knew how it felt, my first six months in Aussie were the same. He asked me for my number coz he needed someone he could talk to and to call a friend. So,I gave it to him. That night, he called me, saying he wanted to come spend some time at my house. (Well I don't give out my residential address to anyone unless I fully trust them, so I kataad. The next day he called saying he wanted to go the city for lunch, refused coz I was going to uni. He continued to call me everyday. I got fed-up and told him to stop calling and to go look for other women to disturb-(it had dawned on me that he had the intention of making me his girlfriend, by force). Then he said something very scary, "viki, mimi na wewe tutaoana na tutaishi kenyathez na watoto mob". That was it, I just blocked his number. Unfortunately, he came to look for me at uniWhen I saw him I hid. Again, I would see him everywhere I went-if I went to a certain shopping mall, he was there, at the train station, he was there, in the city, he was there- I don't know if that was just coincidence ama he was really stalking me. Anyway,I suddenly stopped seeing him, that was like for two months. One night as I was boarding the bus to go home-guess who I saw? I was soo freaked out. I said hi, he said, "awwwww, you thought you could run away, what goes around always comes around, he hehe... By the way what's your mobile number, I lost it?" I was so relieved, lied to him that I had lost my mobile phone. I have seen him like three times since then, and he keeps asking for my number and my answer is always NO. That was a lesson I learnt: never to give a stranger your number, or you'll be asking for it.
