..a role or challenge YOU take up, rather than a position or title bestowed..
..working tirelessly towards a dream only you can see..
..keeping your head while everyone blames it on you..(a la IF)
..motivating people when you see no way out..
..never asking of individuals what you dont require of yourself..
..communicating your energy and spirit in deed..
..taking risks when no one will..
..not management..
..being able to empower others with YOUR vision..
