Not sure if I was more ashamed or excited to hear and read about the traditions and cultures of Kenya from a someone who I dont consider to be Kenyan(Jens Finke is the name of the author/publisher of the site).
The site is frighteningly yet delightfully exhaustive and is completely a voluntary project. How can we bestow the huge responsibility of propergating our authentic culture to a "mgeni"? Are we not as passionate about our culture are these jungus are? someone demistify this one for me...right after you sorora the site for your own edification. hehe you might learn a thing or two about YOUR people.
Kudos though to Jens. Hope this spurs ACTION(too much thought going on) amongst we Kenyans.
