funny how

I know that the media often does things ...funnily to prove a point, and sometimes just coz they are weird like that. but this time i think tht they are actually expressing a view that many Kenyans seem to be tossing about in their brains....in the SUBTLEST way ever.
Funny how in this article on 'Leaders welcoming and congratulating the new pope, the Kenyan representative of the 'leaders' in the article....was NOT dear Emilio.
In fact...im still chilling to see the media (print of course...coz my tv doesnt shika KBC or KTN here in Canada) reports Kibaki sending his congrats to His Eminence Benedict XVI.
So heres the question.....who is our leader?
