hey guys how are you? am fine hope all is well with all everyone. I have just been reading about the Smirnoff Experience incident, very very sad indeed. It seems that the organisers of the event will get away with it.
I believe the families of those who were injured and those who are deceased, should bring a class action against the organisers of the event. Kibet do you agree with me? They should bring an action in Negligence and sue the pants off them, so that next time they have such an event, they will take the necessary precautions to make sure that everyone is safe. I believe the families are likely to succeed in an action in Negligence, since the organisers owed a duty of care to everyone who was there on that day, the standard of care was breached and causation of injury or death was a result of the event organisers not takeing precautions and the injuries caused were not remote. Damages- perhaps compensatory or exemplary damages.

Tomorrow, I will be participating in a Christmas gig in one of the churches here in Perth. A very big event. For those who do not know, am in a Gospel choir. This will be one of the biggest gigs (audience=20,000 in total) I have ever done, and I am scared, coz I can't blunder like in other small gigs. The stage for this gig will be very big and spacious, so I can't even dare blunder. In prior gigs, the stages have been very small, so the choir members are squeezed and it is hard to see us guys make mistakes if you are in the audience. So, I want to request you guys to please pray for me and the choir- that we will be a success and touch people. if you want to see info about the Gospel band and choir go www.andyjamescourt.com.au Go to videos and watch the song titled 'two's company'.
By the way this weekend on Aussie tele, I watched Mama Miti talking about AIDS being developed in Western Labs. Imagine I agree with her.
Take care and guys and have a good day. Cheers
